Newbie Basic Level Recording Fails
Hi,
I'm newbie at JMeter and performance testing in general. I have followed
this site's instructions for recording, however upon completion of the test
no results are shown under the Threadgroup. I looked in the Jmeter.log file
and while all the listeners started the test ended one second after it
started, not even enough time to bring up a browser for the recording. (See
example log snippet below)
Any suggestions would be appreciated - again since I am new at this, it
might be best to explain your comments like you would to a 6th grader so I
might "get it".
Many thanks,
Tuck!

Hi Depak Shetty,
Thanks for your response.
To answer your question - I have actually tried both, several times with no
success.

did you follow the steps in
http://jakarta.apache.org/jmeter/usermanual/jmeter_proxy_step_by_step.pdf ?
It looks like you ran the test using start --> run instead of hitting start
on the HTTP Proxy server element
