Work Description: kkucharc opened a new pull request #7123: [BEAM-6115] SyntheticSource bundle size parameter sometimes should be casted to int

The `bundle size` parameter used in Python Synthetic Sources was becoming `float` instead of `int`. It caused failure while running load tests on Dataflow ([load tests details here](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BEAM-5758)).
