AOO 4.0.1: can't build scp2 module in Cygwin

Hi!

I'm trying to build AOO 4.0.1 with option "--enable-category-b" in cygwin (Win7), but I got error when building scp2 module
(I've attached full technical information to this message -- logs.zip):
