[IMPORTANT] Gitbox (Was: Gitbox update)

Hi Reefers,

We've migrated our apache git repo to gitbox. Our apache git root has
changed to https://gitbox.apache.org/repos/asf/reef.git.

Please read the discussion thread below to take advantage of gitbox.

Committers, I see only nine members in reef-committers yet.
https://github.com/orgs/apache/teams/reef-committers

Please follow the steps on the site: https://gitbox.apache.org/setup/ to use
gitbox and github together. After that you can clone the *github* repo, and
do code management only with github.

Cheers,
Gon
