Made the following changes.. 
 - API to add to classpath is now in DistributedCache class. Made separate static methods to add files and archives.
 - The api handles registering the files with cache.. as in users need not call addCacheArchive() or addCacheFile(). They only need to upload to DFS once and use addFileToClassPath() OR addArchiveToClassPath() from then on (the latter will cause unjarring of the archive)
 - The whole DFS path added to classpath serves as key to the corresponding localized cached file.
 - Added javadoc comments.
