[PR] WW-5698 docs: a ModelDriven action's own members are not exempt from @StrutsParameter [struts-site]

Documents the change shipped in [WW-5698](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/WW-5698) (apache/struts#1872, 7.4.0): on a `ModelDriven` action only the model's members are exempt from `@StrutsParameter`; the action's own properties need the annotation, a name declared on neither still binds (Map-backed models), and `struts.parameters.requireAnnotations.transitionMode=true` is the migration path — it now covers `ModelDriven` actions too.
Adds a subsection under *ModelDriven actions* on `struts-parameter-annotation.md` with a migration alert linking to the security guide's annotation section.
