Can we close those resolved JIRA issues?
The following JIRA issues are marked "resolved" for about 3~6 years.
There was a politic in SIS before 0.3 to never close any JIRA issue
(because closed JIRA issues become partially unmodifiable), so I closed
only the issues reported by myself. But the "should be closed but are
not" issues are distracting when reviewing issues before a release
candidate. Can we close at least the following ones? I think that they
are unlikely to need further update:
Stand up SIS website

Refactor SIS

Create DOAP file for projects.a.o

Top level pom for SIS

Refactor sis.version into build process flowdown through Maven and
rename to 0.1-incubating

Update sis-parent/pom.xml compile target to 1.6
