[~nferraro] and [~lb] here is some spring-boot fun if you guys fancy wanna try out a bit with the start.spring.io stuff and get Camel work even more awesome OOTB.

I suspect its not so much we need to change in our generated BOM for spring-boot-dependencies to make it work as a proper BOM for start.spring.io.
