Proposed change in profile/*.xml...
This notice is of the "fair warning" variety...
What currently exists in gump.xml (for example) as:
<profile href="project/jakarta-alexandria.xml"/>
Should now really be:
<module href="module/jakarta-alexandria.xml"/>

Note: I believe that the lines of the following form should stay as is:
<project name="jts" package="jts1_0"/>

I still think the project/target model is still more appropriate as I was
going to suggest that descriptors like the commons descriptor should be
separated into their respective projects. What's listed in the commons
descriptor is really a set of separate projects.
I'll put the DTD for a project in the repository in a couple minutes. I
would definitely like to hack this out.
