Thats correct.
BTW:
I've changed some fields as this issue is not specific to Windows or PCs. Also
this feature was never saved in previous versions.

When using the feature to fix some cells (menu "Windows - Freeze" or "Windows -
Split") when scrolling within the spreadsheet, then you don't change the
documnet. It's just a change in the view. And this is not saved when nothing
else is changed in content and/or formatting.
So, it's not a bug. But I've changed the issue type to "Enhancement" to maybe
except this also as kind of a change that can be saved.

Yes, if then you close and open document, it view not saved.
Still, if you make a fictitious change - write a space and delete it - then
Save button will be enabled. Then, if reopen document after closing with save,
we see that view saved.
