[jira] [Commented] (CONNECTORS-1147) Documentum Authority Cache

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CONNECTORS-1147?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=14278583#comment-14278583 ]

Karl Wright commented on CONNECTORS-1147:
-----------------------------------------

Hi Dmitry,

It sounds like the number of access tokens per user is very large on your setup. This is a known problem with the Documentum security model. However, you can cut this back dramatically if you go to the "System ACLs" tab and disable the automatic security token that Documentum generates for every folder in the system. If your Documentum instance is making heavy use of these, however, then you have no choice but increasing memory everywhere, and expect slow response times. Sorry -- we can't fix repository design problems of this kind.

> Search with regard to the rights of access to Documentum takes 2 to 4 minutes if the rights previously were not included in the cache. Can I increase the cache size to 3000 (now at 400 entries comes Out of memory exception) and save it is not in RAM? Maybe there is some other way?
