Review and improve the scenario(s) for testing JAMES Server

Currently, we have a scenario called "release" we use for testing James. 
The parameters for this scenario should be reviewed and possibly tightened to put more stress on the Server for James Releases after 2.3. 

Furthermore, we could have one scenario for moderate load and another scenario where James fails after some time and which acts as a test case for the target load we want to handle with future releases.
