Why hadoop? And wiki is down

Not the project (I applaud that decision), but the name itself?

I ask, because I tried to look at the FAQ in the Wiki, and it seems to
be down (as it has been AFAICT for the last 24 hours).

It's a random word made up by my son.

The wiki has not yet been created.
