Permission error

I think (hope) I have a very simple problem.

Tomcat 3.1, JDK1.3 from Sun, Redhat 6.1, Apache 1.3.9, JServ 1.1.2

I can see the example stuff fine at localhost:8080

When I include the tomcat-apache.conf in my httpd.conf and go to
localhost:7777/test,

I get the following error.

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /test on this server.

Apache/1.3.9 Server at sioux.idiomtech.com Port 7777

Anybody see this before?

Let me know if I can give you more info.
