   In fact, this is a problem on cmake configuration. We believe that `build_arrow` will build the `zstd` too(the source is $ARROW_ZSTD_URL). But there is no guarantee. If it can find the zstd lib when Arrow building, it won't build zstd from the source. I'll fix the configuration to ensure the zstd lib will be built.
