Make the UI consistant with other hawtio plugins. This includes the following subtasks:

1. Use the hawtio dashboard for saving charts
2. Allow the charts to be resized
3. Rearrange the List page
    3a. Use a dynatree on a resizable panel on the left to display entities and attribute names.
    3b. Rename the page to 'Attributes'
    3c. Move that page before Topology
