[Question] - Creating Sling Jenkins Jobs

Sling Team,

I'm running into an issue attempting to create a Jenkins build for Sling
CMS. I've updated the Sling Aggregator XML and was trying to follow the
Sling Jenkins Setup documentation here:

I'm running into an exception when executing the create_jobs.groovy script:

Caught: groovy.lang.MissingMethodException: No signature of method:
create_jobs.mavenJob() is applicable for argument types: (String,
create_jobs$_run_closure2$_closure9$_closure16) values:
[sling-adapter-annotations-1.8,
create_jobs$_run_closure2$_closure9$_closure16@737a135b]

Indeed, I don't see any method mavenJob in that script. Is there some
external script or other dependency I'm missing?

Thanks Bertrand! I misunderstood how the script / job actually works, but
re-reading it's clear now.

I don't think you can run that script standalone, to test it you can
use a local Jenkins instance as per
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/SLING/Sling+Jenkins+Setup

I'll add that info as a comment in the script.

I ran it at https://builds.apache.org/view/S-Z/view/Sling/job/sling-seed-build/150/
and it looks good, there's now
https://builds.apache.org/view/S-Z/view/Sling/job/sling-org-apache-sling-app-cms-1.8/
