[headsup] testing gotcha

If you attempted to run the tests on 0.8RC1 prior to the glossary plugin 
being deployed you will need to delete apache-forrest-0.8/build/plugins 
before proceeding otherwise the glossary plugin DTD is not registered 
and validation will fail.
