reproduce steps:
1)create a new Writer/Calc/Impress
2)Insert two general shapes
3)Ctrl+Mouse Click to choose these two shapes for group
4)Mouse Drap&Drap to choose these two shapes for group
a)Writer/Calc/Impress all not support Ctrl+Mouse Click to choose multi shapes
b)Writer and Calc not support Mouse Drap&Drop to choose multi shapes.(Impress
support Mourse Drap&Drop, but different from MS ppt)

Use Shift+Mouse Click may choose multi-shapes
But I think Ctrl+Mouse Click also need support

Yes, from user experience, Ctrl+Mouse should select multi objects as well.
