JavaDoc

  [javadoc] javadoc: Error fetching URL:
http://java.sun.com/products/jdk/1.3/docs/api/package-list
  [javadoc] 1 error

I am getting this error when running Javadoc.  I suspect that the error is
because Javadoc does not know how to get out to the net.  So, I set the
proxy to "use browser settings" in the Java console.  I still recieve the
error.  I have tried to get out to the site via the browser and I can....

any ideas?
