Hi Infra,
The Joshua (Incubating) community currently maintains (and is in the process of developing more) [language packs|http://joshua.incubator.apache.org/language-packs/], which we would like to host at TheASF.
These artifacts are pretty large ... currently anything up to ~2.5GB in size.
We would like to work with Infra to discuss how and where we can host such artifacts and make them available for public download.
