[jira] [Commented] (SOLR-14580) CloudSolrClient cannot be initialized using 'zkHosts' builder

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SOLR-14580?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=17140351#comment-17140351 ]

Nikolay Ivanov commented on SOLR-14580:
---------------------------------------

Workaround found -> create stateProvider beforehand. It makes it hard to extend the builder and the client in client applications without a duplication of some of the builder code.

> CloudSolrClient throws IllegalArgumentException when built using zkHosts builder. The root cause is that builder.solrUrls is being checked with != null, but actually the value is empty array.
