How to package jar containing .dll files in a webstart war file using maven webstart plugin

Hi,

Does anybody ever packaged jar files in two different directory using
maven webstart plugin? Below is snapshot jnlp file.

Here I want to put jars containing dll files in the nativelib directory
separate from lib directory which contains other kind of jars.

Please let me know if anybody has implemented that.

<resources>
    <j2se version="1.5*" java-vm-args="-Xms608m -Xmx608m
-XX:PermSize=96m -verbose:gc -Dsun.java2d.noddraw=true
-Dswing.defaultlaf=com.sun.java.swing.plaf.windows.WindowsLookAndFeel"
href="http://java.sun.com/products/autodl/j2se"/>
    	<!-- jars -->
	<jar href="./lib/binding.jar" version="1.1.2"/>
	<jar href="./lib/swing-worker.jar"  version="1.0"/>
	<jar href="./lib/spring.jar" version="2.5.5"/>
	<jar href="./lib/poi.jar" version="3.0-FINAL"/>
	<jar href="./lib/auth-dependency.jar" version =
"${project.version}"/>
	<jar href="./lib/weblogic.jar"  version="9.2.2"/>
	<jar href="./lib/ibmbeans.jar"  version="1.0"/>
  </resources>
  <!-- dlls packaged in jars>
  <resources os="Windows">
	<nativelib href="./nativelib/bbapinative.jar"
version="@bbapinative.number@"/>
	<nativelib href="./nativelib/jacobnative.jar"
version="@jacobnative.number@"/>
	<nativelib href="./nativelib/bridge2javanative.jar"
version="@bridge2javanative.number@"/>
  </resources-->
  <application-desc main-class="*********">
	$$env
  </application-desc>
</jnlp>

Thanks
