Paragraph symbol, dots between words inserted while copying text

Queried recipient if she (has very limited vision) could hear incomplete file
(what I sent you) on her computer.  
These symbols are undesirable in newsletter I produce, but text is readable by
normal-vision individuals.  These extra characters appeared suddenly while
transcribing above document, wish them Removed.
