error in build.bat

Hi,

There's a small error in build.bat, ':' is sometimes used instead of ';'
in LOCALCLASSPATH.

The same error is also in other .bat files like runtests.bat. Apart from
that, it's rather nice that now you just checkout fop and run the build
script and don't have to search for the right versions of all the
required jar files :-)
