This usually isn't an option with our packages, since spamassassin doesn't
require razor, and razor doesn't require spamassassin.

OTOH I suppose spamassassin could conflict with earlier versions of razor, I
need to check if this is allowed under our packaging guidelines.

Is it really harmful to skip running razor when it is detected to be a known
dangerous version?
