   version：4.9.1 
   In actual production, since we choose SYNC_FLUSH, the application will definitely resend the message of FLUSH_DISK_TIMEOUT. But the client resends the message, which may still continue to be sent to the failed broker.
   
   If it is changed to automatic resend, it will be sent directly to other brokers when retrying.
