SALT_BUCKETS

Hi,

Quick question on optimal number of SALT_BUCKETS - What would be the criteria for number of optimum SALT_BUCKETS when creating table?  Equal to one of these?

- number of nodes
- multiple of number of nodes
- number region servers (anticipated)
- multiple of number of region servers (anticipated)

Or, some other criteria?

Going a step further, would it be possible to dynamically change the salt based on a runtime judgement of the number of region servers as the number of region servers increase?
