Current trunk of Harmony is not buildable with Intel C++ Compiler. This issue is dedicated to solve the issue.
There are two main problems:
1. ICL compiler hangs due to CPPTASKS bug
2. ICL compiler compile-time checks do not allow the DRLVM to build correctly.

The patch for supressing build-time warnings and errors found by ICL compiler.

With these two patches and actions DRLVM can be built with Intel C++ Compiler 10.

Resolution: Fixed
ICL warnings are eliminated at revision: 600868.
But gc_gen fails to compile after HARMONY-5146 was applied, I created a subtask to track this.

Patch contains the changed files for CPPTASKS.
In order to correctly patch the CPPTASKS one should do the following.
1. Perform the "build update"
2. Apply "H5097-icl-cpptasks.patch"
3. Perform the "build update" again - the files will be copied over existing CPPTASKS
4. Compile the CPPTASKS in working_vm/build/pre-copied/common/CPPTASKS/cpptasks-1.0b4
5. Copy working_vm/build/pre-copied/common/CPPTASKS/cpptasks-1.0b4/build/lib/cpptasks.jar to working_vm/build/pre-copied/common/CPPTASKS/cpptasks-1.0b4 AND working_vm/build/make/tmp
6. Proceed with ICL build as usual.
