propose skin modification to last published template

I am opposed to javascript but:
I modified my skin with this:
it puts last published into RSS/ UTF and look better than the 1/2/3 format.

    <script type="text/javascript"><![CDATA[<!--
    var curDateTime = new Date();
    document.write("]]><![CDATA[ " + curDateTime.toGMTString());
