[jira] Created: (QPID-1691) Create Linux x86-64 and Solaris builds
of the JMX Management Console
Create Linux x86-64 and Solaris builds of the JMX Management Console
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Key: QPID-1691
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/QPID-1691
Project: Qpid
Issue Type: New Feature
Components: Java Management : JMX Console
Reporter: Robert Gemmell
Priority: Minor
Fix For: Eclipse MC M5
With x86-64 becoming a dominant architecture we should ensure the management console properly supports it by creating an x86-64 Linux build of the console. Additionally, a Solaris build will round out the overall platform support of the console.

Robert Gemmell reassigned QPID-1691:

Assignee: Martin Ritchie (was: Robert Gemmell)
Hi Martin, can you review these changes please, thanks.
I have tested the linux x86_64 build, but I do not have access to any Sparc based machines to test the Solaris build. It is modelled on the main Eclipse IDE build so should hopefully work ok.
