Documentation Updates
Greetings,
Could someone kindly replicate the Knox 0.13.0 documentation into a new
0.14.0 branch? I would like to contribute some changes.

Hello Rick,
I created the 0.14.0 book (could be renamed to 1.0.0), you should now be
able to create a patch against it.

One of the reasons that I did do so yet is that 0.14.0 will hopefully be
1.0.0.
I guess we can always just copy 0.14.0 to 1.0.0 and delete the 0.14.0 one.
