Statefun Python SDK has a connivance bind method, that wraps a functions.

The [wrapper|https://github.com/apache/flink-statefun/blob/master/statefun-python-sdk/statefun/core.py#L182] would omit the docstr of the wrapper function. A common practice would be to use [https://docs.python.org/3/library/functools.html#functools.wraps]
