regular expression/substitue

Hello everyone,

I have problem in hand

I am getting response as follow:

Action=Yes&approvalDN=etawID=1887:fc9aff5433:53fb57,ou=etawapprovals,o=e
tawfdb,c=US&setapproved


Then using regular expression I am extracting value of
etawID=1887:fc9aff5433:53fb57

The trick is I need to use it in my next frame, but instead of : I have
to use %3a, how I do substitute in Jmeter

This I need to use in my next frame:
setapprovedenyetawID%3d1887%3afc9aff5433%3a53fb57,ou%3detawapprovals,o%3
detawfdb,c%3dUS
