[jira] [Created] (SLING-5320) Optimize query for jobs by using configured path

Carsten Ziegeler created SLING-5320:
---------------------------------------

Summary: Optimize query for jobs by using configured path
                 Key: SLING-5320
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SLING-5320
             Project: Sling
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: Extensions
            Reporter: Carsten Ziegeler
            Assignee: Carsten Ziegeler
             Fix For: Event 4.0.0

When a query for jobs is performed, it currently searches the whole repository (path = *) instead of limiting the search down to the configured path for jobs. The reason for this is that (older) jackrabbit versions where more efficient when no path constraint was used. With Oak this has changed, therefore we should do a correct search and limit it to the path for jobs
