How to pass a TestPlan as commandline parameter / auto-open default-Testplan?
Is there a way to tell JMeter that he should open AUTOMATICALLY after startup a certain TestPlan?
E.g. by passing a certain TestPlan .jmx file as commandline parameter ?

Sure, use the -t switch. See a complete list of command line options here:
