CryptoFactory: Cannot load properties

Hi, I have the following exception when I run my client "CryptoFactory:
Cannot load properties", I have got web services client inside Tomcat
server, I do not know where I have to put Crypto.properties, I have included
Crypto.properties in classpath but the problem does not solve.
