mvm: Easy Maven Switching and Installation

btw,

I've ported Node's nvm Tool to Maven and I've been using for a few months
without any problems:

curl https://raw.github.com/ingenieux/mvm/master/install.sh | sh

The source is at http://github.com/ingenieux/mvm/
