Someone turn that hudson build off!

Surely the build isn't meant to spam my inbox so?

Also, could you ensure only one email gets sent for the whole project?
 The is how Bamboo is currently configured, though it was blocked by
the same infra issue, iirc.  I remember continuum used to be used for
numerous Apache projects, and it used to drive me nuts how some random
maven failure caused like 30 messages.

There is good news and bad news... The good news is that infra fixed
up the commits@struts.a.o spamassassin settings to accept email from
*.apache.org, which had been blocking posts from hudson in the past.
The bad news is that apparently, it sends one email for each artifact,
which as we witnessed, is a little much.

So, I changed the email notification to just send to me. Hudson had
been broken for a little while and was recently fixed, so the emails
should only come when the build breaks (or when it succeeds after a
broken build, as in this case).

Anyhow, sorry about that folks!
