@andrej : in theory all the changes applied to these files are in the
right place . Nevertheless from a practical
PS: notice that this is about enhancements in resources.py and the
test suite . There is no hope in worrying too much when it comes to
other changes related to IResourceChangeListener behavior as those
seem to be too much entangled around other core features .
PS: PS: is there a patch already proposed to Trac upstream ?

unnecessarily over-complicate vendor branch merging process .
What d'u think ?
