Problemas with path attribute

Hi all,
 I sent this question last week, but until now i didn't receive any reply. So i'll do it again.
My question is:
 I'd like to know why occurs an exception when i use path attributes like this one:
   path=/jsp/template.jsp?pageMenu=/jsp/menu.jsp&pageContent=/jsp/content.jsp
 Looking at struts DTD, i saw that path attribute is CDATA. So, why is it not accepted?
 Is this a struts bug or a xml parser bug?

 By the way, i'm using Struts 1.0.2.
 Please, i need help with this.
