Tomcat out of memory

Hi all;

I have a web site where 200 users online at average...These user overload started in these days...

Webpages seem to be loading sometimes then blank page comes(totaly blank no error messages)...I havent set any memory pool option on Tomcat or havent installed native software support of Tomcat...

Please give me an idea in this situation...What must i do?

At our company we bounce tomcat every morning via a cron job
