Do we really need to add a tcl JNI interface to apache repository? it
has anything to do with connectors? i've tried to follow every
email-thread about AOLserver module, and frankly i didnt find any valid
reason to do so, can anyone explain why?

No, that was also my major objection, but the guys said they will make
the separate module for that, and then we'll drop that.
AFAICT they are in the process of splitting the java logger (the JNI
part of nsjk2), to separate module.
