Fwd: [ANN] Pax URL 2.7.0 and 3.0.2 released

Hello

I'd like to announce new release of Pax URL 2.7.1 and 3.0.3

There's one minor fix related to paths with spaces when dealing with local
Maven repositories:

As always, minor dependencies and versions of Maven plugins were updated to
keep the scanners happy.

The release notes can be found using the following links:

   - 2.7.1: https://github.com/ops4j/org.ops4j.pax.url/milestone/89?closed=1
   - 3.0.3: https://github.com/ops4j/org.ops4j.pax.url/milestone/90?closed=1

kind regards
Grzegorz Grzybek
