Simplified process termination detection. All non-AP processes that die unexpectedly are considered as CROAKED.

> If a process terminates unexpectedly, the Agent should set its state to STOPPED and also set the reason to CROAKED. This applies to JP, JD and a Service. The APs are excluded from this and will never be marked CROAKED. These are arbitrary processes that may exit at any time for whatever reason. For them the status will be STOPPED and reason will be blank.
