   Hi @Fokko @dimberman @bolkedebruin. I'm following up on this PR. What else do you think needs to be fixed before merging this PR?
   
   I just rebased from master. It's becoming a little bit painful to merge changes and fix changes from other merged PRs that add new dependencies using the current CI setup. For example, I had to reimplement https://github.com/apache/incubator-airflow/pull/3611 to make it work with Docker Compose. Even though it was rather simple, these sort of changes can add up over time.
