javax.servlet.http.Cookie#setDomain(String) throws NullPointerException for null parameter

           Summary: javax.servlet.http.Cookie#setDomain(String) throws
                    NullPointerException for null parameter
           Product: Tomcat 5
           Version: Nightly Build
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Servlet & JSP API
        AssignedTo: tomcat-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: stoehr_sukachevin@hotmail.com

The javax.servlet.http.Cookie#setDomain(String) method throws a
NullPointerException for a parameter value of null, though the javadocs does
not mention that a null value is not acceptable or will result in an exception.

So either the javadocs should be changed or else a null check should be done
before invoking toLowerCase() on the parameter.
