echarts accessibility support

Hi ECharts Team,

The ECharts Web Accessibility<https://echarts.apache.org/handbook/en/best-practices/aria/> page states that "ECharts 4.0 complied with the" WAI-ARIA<https://www.w3.org/WAI/intro/aria> specification. Do you have a VPAT<https://www.section508.gov/sell/vpat/> that documents ECharts compliance with accessibility standards?

Thanks for your help.
