Apache and Microsoft

LS,

I am trying to get Microsoft SOAP package 2.0 beta te talk to Apache 2.1 and 
I am having schema problems. The return message form a Microsoft Webservice 
doesn't include type information in its parameters. I beleive there is a 
patch somewhere but I can't seem to find it. Can anyone help.
