Nightly build with downloadable packages and published javadoc?

Just a few (possibly premature) questions:

In the new Apache world, is there anything like a nightly build?  Will
there be?

Along those lines: Is there anything like
http://bits.netbeans.org/dev/javadoc/ ?  Will there be?

I don't believe we have a new javadoc link yet, but there is https://builds.apache.org/view/Incubator%20Projects/job/incubator-netbeans-linux/
